Antique Oval Beveled Mirror Shamrocks Border Brass or Bronze Over Copper Metal

Wonderful vintage antique Victorian ornate cast metal with an oval beveled mirror. The finish looks to be brass or bronze but underneath showing through in a few small places it looks to be copper. Very heavy cast metal but unsure which type?! Size is 12" tall x 8 1/2" wide. Self standing for a vanity or dresser. Shamrock or clover design border. Mirror is beveled and has some age wear. Photo #4 shows the condition of the mirror the best. No cracks but has some edge chipping that cannot be seen unless mirror is removed from frame.
