Chessie is a  Cheshire Cat-Tiger Style
by Bears of Bath. He is 10½ inches (26.6 centimeters) tall.
This beautiful tiger is a culmination of all my skills as a Bear maker. He has Sculpting, trapunto feet and paws, advanced pattern making and airbrushing too.
This cat is number 2246 in the Carol's Bears Series and comes with a signed and numbered certificate.
He is made from a brand new design especially created and has various beautiful faux fur fabrics, mixed with hand printed cotton. I feel, my greatest creation yet. So many hours have been put into his creation and each minute has been a pleasure to spend on him, he was such a joy to create :)
He is fully cotterpin jointed and has a tail with LocLine which enables it to be positioned in multiple poses. His ears are also wired to allow different expressions. He is filled with dense polyester filling for extra weight. When sat up he is approx 10-11 inches high and from nose to tail tip 16 inches long but his tail can be curled round his body which makes him approximately 11 inches long.
He has 16mm English hand coloured Glass Eyes with cashmere accents and brown eyelids. His nose has been made from coral cashmere which has been airbrushed. His inner ears, paws and foot pads have been created with handmade Alice in Wonderland cotton fabric and then airbrushed. His whiskers are made from strong cotton.
He has an embroidered fabric Carol's Bears label sewn into his back.
