The
BioTek 405LS Microplate Washer
gives users a simple to use instrument, for washing, dispensing, and aspirating protocols. This BioTek plate washer is a 405LSRVS configuration, working with 96 well plates, incorporating 4-buffer switching, ultrasonic cleaning, and is compatible with vacuum filtration and biomagnetic separation modules. This system with superior performance and reliability is ideal for applications from gentle cell washing to more vigorous ELISA’s and bead washing. The single manifold with straight dispense tubes has a volume range between 25 to 3,000 µL/well, in 1 µL increments. To facilitate maintenance, the built-in sonicator keeps tubing clear and helps prevent build-up.
