The Centaur CSD-1DF-BAL reach-in freezer holds product on three PVC-coated wire shelves in its corrosion-resistant aluminum interior. The front and sides are made of stainless steel, while the back is made of aluminum. A full-length handle on the swing door makes it easy to open, and it stays open past 90 degrees. At less than 90 degrees, the door closes by itself to keep cold air inside the cabinet.
Operating at temperatures from -8 to 0 degrees Fahrenheit, the Centaur CSD-1DF-BAL one-section freezer uses R290 refrigerant. It has a solid-state thermostat control that is easy to program and performs self-diagnostics. The refrigeration system is designed to operate quietly, so it is ideal for areas close to customers. The condenser is bottom mounted and is accessible for cleaning and service through a removable panel on the rear of the unit.
