This unit worked flawlessly when I first bought it. During the 2020 season, I began to notice that I could not get the sound to the loudness level that I wanted. All batteries replaced w/new lithium, worked flawlessly for a while, then notice it might get to louder volumes, but the sound is very distorted. Through many battery changes, distance from the call to the remote mods, height the call sits in the field, after not achieving consistency, I gave up. In defense of FoxPro, I have NOT taken the time to update the firmware of contacted FoxPro. TBH, I am just way to busy to mess with it. My loss, your gain, if you want to contact FoxPro. I paid 0 for this unit, because it supposedly is the #1 electronic predator call on the market.
