Large 24 in. Mohair Kathleen Wallace Artist Teddy Bear - Stier Bear. A very large - gorgeous example of Kathleen Wallace’s work. She was truly an incomparable Teddy Bear Artist! This big boy has beautiful antique gold wavy mohair, which is in like new condition! The color is best represented by the first picture. The paw pad are made of felt, he is 5-way jointed, and he is completely hard stuffed. He has glass eyes and black stitched nose, mouth, and claws. He has a sewn -in tushy tag which reads - “Stier Bears.”
Some bears have “The Look” and some don’t, and this one definitely captures it!! He is wearing a genuine antique brass bell on a leather cord. The bell has a beautiful ring when shaken!
