Blackcat Distribution return policy allows for products purchased from Blackcat Distribution and shipped to locations in the United States to be returned by you after contacting Customer Support via the eBay Message Center during the 15 day period following date of shipment by Blackcat Distribution for a refund of:

If you want to return the item because you do not like it: shipping and handling charges are not refundable. Same applies to items returned by the post office marked as undeliverable. We’ll refund the price of the product only. If you want the item shipped to the correct address, you will have to re-purchase it and pay shipping again.

If you have received damaged, defective merchandise or wrongfully stocked order. Please notify Customer Service within 15 days.

Products must be returned in the original packaging with a tracking number available through US Postal Service.
