One of a Kind Real Animal Fur Teddy Bear by Helen Duggan
Palm Beach Bears
Bears are individually designed and handcrafted by
award-winning
teddy bear artists Ed and Helen Duggan. They
started creating these museum-quality bears during the 1980's in their Boca Raton, Florida workshop.
Only precious, recycled furs from designer garments of the highest rarity, quality and values are used”. Has tag “Handcrafted by Palm Beach Bears” on bottom Right Foot.
Signed by Helen Andrews Duggan on the left foot.
The body is made of soft, long beige with brown spots animal fur which I believe is fox. The paw pads and muzzle are made of
suede leather
.
Arms and Legs are Jointed for Movement, thus bear can be displayed sitting or standing!
When in the standing position the Bear is 19 inches long.

What do you sell?
Answer : Museum-quality teddy bears from recycled fur coats, ranging in cost from 5 to 0. Buyers include teddy bear collectors, modern American folk art buyers and the occasional doting grandparents for a very lucky child. We also make bears and bunnies for individuals from their own fur garments, which we named "The Family Bears."
The bears won best of show at Wyandotte the last year that the artists and crafters voted on their peers from a field of 250 Artists.
Excellent Pre Owned Condition. Owned by an adult & kept in a curio cabinet. Super Soft! No rips, tears, holes or odors.
