The fabric is VERY EASY CARE 100% cotton blend that's machine wash and dry. YEAH!! NO dry cleaning bills or trips to the cleaners! This dust ruffle was purchased new, and although pre-owned is barely used. It was used only two months to stage a house that was for sale that no one lived in and no one slept in the bed. No smoking, no pets, no kids. Apart from a couple of tiny spots on the white part (pictured) that no one will see, it looks brand new. This is as close to new as it gets without being in the package.
