SMALL ARTIST BEAR OOAK VINTAGE PLUSH TEDDY BY SUSAN BRACK (late 1980s / 1990s)
Teddy is looking for a forever home. He come's from a private collection (non-smoker, no pets). "Spencer" was hand-made by Teddy Bear Artist And Illustrator Susan Brack. "Spencer" is in excellent vintage condition (no tears, stains or moths). He is signed by the Artist on the bottom of his left foot pad (as shown in photo). He has a "slightly worn" tag.
Spencer is 8" tall (5" when sitting down). He is made of vintage black plush with tiny blue & pink pastel dots, German wool paw pads, stitched pearl cotton nose & claws, non-glass eyes & premium poly-fil stuffing.
"Spencer" is fully articulated (including his head) with a glass leaf on a blue ribbon around his neck.
THE ARTIST IS BEST KNOWN FOR HER BEARS, SANTA FIGURES AND ILLUSTRATIONS. HER WORK HAS BEEN LICENSED OVER THE YEARS TO COMPANIES LIKE LEISURE ARTS AND BETTER HOMES AND GARDENS. SHE ALSO HAS DESIGNED FOR THE HOME DECOR INDUSTRY. SUSAN'S TEDDY BEAR PAPER DOLLS WERE OFTEN FEATURED IN POPULAR BEAR MAGAZINES.
