Work (and play) hard with this 13 pound Plyometrics Medicine Ball by Sportime. The 8 inch diameter ball features a glossy orange color and revolutionary high-tech vinyl material. Exercise ball is designed from rotational molding, which produces a virtually indestructible, seamless, soft, and rubber-like shell with etched seam ridges for easy gripping. Although other ball colors/sizes may be shown, please note that this orange ball (6 kilograms or approximately 13 pounds) is sold individually. Complement with lower weight exercise balls (sold separately) for challenging different body areas and advancing/lower activity levels as needed. If you use weighted balls for training and wish to focus on the same muscle groups, ball sizes must remain constant, regardless of weight.
