Used. It comes in non-original packaging.  It has scuffs and scratches from normal use.
Notes:
When power was applied, this item ran very smoothly.  It reached 35°F with no problems.  One handle has it's top broken off (seen in images) and there are
no keys
for the door locks.  No further testing was performed.
Note:  The previous owner scratched out the type of refrigerant on the manufacturer's label and over on the side wrote in R409 at 26 ounces.  Next to that they also wrote in that they put in a new compressor 8/16/12.
No manuals, cords/cables, or additional items are included if not listed or shown.
