"Carlie" Mohair Teddy Bear by Marie Zimmermann/Paw Quette OOAK! Dated: 10/2000

Description

All bears listed are from a bear collector and have all been keep in a smoke-free/pet-free home.  They have never been played with; only displayed.  If there is a flaw on the bear it will be described in details.  All tags have been removed from the bears.  I will describe the tag in detail as some have been taped to paper or glued on cardstock/printer paper.

thread so it doesn't get lost but it is NOT the original string/material that was used
Condition of Tag:  Tag is in very good condition.  The front of the tag provides information on the artist and inside has hand-written details about the bear by the artist.  This tag was tapped to cardstock but since removed so there is thinning pieces on the reverse side by the artist information.

Condition of Bear:  "Carlie" is a very sweet and cuddly teddy bear.  She is wearing a hand-knitted maroon dress with a fabric lace collar.   The dress is over-sized and hangs freely off her body and covers her hands/paws and I believe is removable.  She is soft bodied and her arms and legs do bend but are not jointed-they are soft and flexible. Her left-paw/leg turn out while her right one is more straight.  I cannot tell if the yard used is a shimmy design that gives off other colors or faded.
